This generator will assign gender and racial identities to a list of characters. Its choices are random and weighted by the ratio settings (which I've filled in with US census statistics, but feel free to tweak them however you'd like. I couldn't find statistics for the non-binary gender option, but it's there.)
This is meant to help you reconsider the racial and gender dynamics and representation in your writing. It's best used as a mental exercise to shake up your own unconscious biases. Do not trust it implicitly-- context is everything, and this generator doesn't know who's the villain and who's the hero. Since the results are random, you might end up with a less progressive cast.
